Refund Policy

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Customized or personalized items

2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@runningathles.ch and we will guide you through the process.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
